Christmas Wreath Workshops – Terms & Conditions

By booking a place at a Forest Edge Flowers wreath workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

​

Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

​

Cancellations & Refunds

Workshop tickets are non-refundable.

​

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to somebody else. Please contact Forest Edge Flowers before the workshop to let us know the name of the person attending in your place.

​

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given for non-attendance or cancellations by the attendee.

​

If Forest Edge Flowers has to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund.

​

Workshop Safety & Tools

Wreath making involves the use of floristry tools and materials, which may include scissors, secateurs, floristry wire and other sharp items.

​

Attendees are expected to use all tools carefully, follow the instructions provided and take reasonable care for their own safety and that of others.

​

Forest Edge Flowers cannot accept responsibility for injury resulting from the misuse of tools, failure to follow safety instructions, or an attendee's own actions.

​

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

​

Allergies & Sensitivities

Our workshops use a variety of fresh and dried natural materials, which may include foliage, moss, flowers, berries, pinecones and other botanical materials.

​

If you have any known allergies or sensitivities that may affect your participation, please contact Forest Edge Flowers before booking or attending the workshop.

​

Your Finished Wreath

You will be shown how to create and care for your wreath during the workshop.

​

Once your finished wreath has left the workshop venue, responsibility for its care, transportation, storage and use passes to you.

​

As wreaths are handmade using fresh and dried natural materials, their appearance and lifespan will vary. Forest Edge Flowers cannot guarantee how long individual materials will last once the wreath has left the workshop.

​

Wreaths should be kept away from naked flames, candles and other sources of heat.

​

Photography

Photographs may occasionally be taken during workshops for use on the Forest Edge Flowers website and social media. Please let me know if you would prefer not to appear in any photographs.

​

Personal Belongings

Please take reasonable care of your belongings during the workshop. Forest Edge Flowers cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, damaged or left behind, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

​

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a workshop ticket, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
