Returns and Refunds Policy

At Forest Edge Flowers, every bouquet and arrangement is carefully grown, harvested and created by hand using seasonal British flowers from our flower farm in the New Forest. As our flowers are natural, fresh and perishable, each arrangement is unique and may vary slightly from photographs.

Fresh Flower Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our flowers. If you are unhappy with the quality of your bouquet or believe it has arrived in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Please email us with:
   •    Your order number
   •    A description of the issue
   •    Clear photographs of the flowers

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement bouquet, partial refund or full refund.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns once flowers have been delivered or collected.
 

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled delivery or collection date for a full refund.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours cannot usually be refunded, as flowers will already have been harvested, conditioned or prepared specifically for your order.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive the wrong bouquet or your flowers have been damaged during delivery, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Flower Care
Our flowers are supplied in the best possible condition. To maximise vase life, please follow the care instructions provided. As flowers are a natural product, longevity will vary depending on the flower varieties, weather conditions and how they are cared for after delivery.

Seasonal Availability
We specialise in seasonal, British-grown flowers. Occasionally, due to weather or crop availability, we may need to substitute individual stems with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and colour palette of your arrangement.
