Delivery & Collection Policy

At Forest Edge Flowers, every bouquet is freshly picked, conditioned and arranged by hand using seasonal flowers grown on our New Forest flower farm. To ensure your flowers arrive at their very best, please read our delivery information below.

Collection

We offer free collection on all orders from:

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery on bouquets and hat boxes to the following areas:

​

• Bransgore – FREE delivery

• Within a 5-mile radius of BH23 8DE – £3.95

• Within an 8-mile radius of BH23 8DE – £8.95
   

As all of our flowers are freshly picked and conditioned before arranging, we require 24 hours' notice for local orders. Orders should be placed before 10:00am the day before your preferred delivery date wherever possible.

If you require flowers sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the flowers may be left with a trusted neighbour or in a safe, sheltered location where appropriate. By requesting or accepting this option, the customer acknowledges that the flowers are left at their own risk. Forest Edge Flowers cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, damage or deterioration once the flowers have been safely delivered to the nominated location or neighbour.

National Delivery

We offer UK mainland delivery for our hand-tied bouquets only.

• £15.00 per bouquet

• Maximum parcel weight: 2kg

• Tracked delivery service

• Dispatch days: Tuesday to Friday

• 48 hours' notice is required. Orders must be be placed before 10:00am.

Please provide an email address when placing your order so we can send your tracking information.

As our bouquets contain fresh flowers, someone should be available to receive the delivery where possible. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place where appropriate, in accordance with their delivery policy.

Forest Edge Flowers cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, delays or deterioration in quality resulting from incorrect delivery information, the recipient being unavailable, or parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour at the customer's request.
